On Sunday October 26, 2025, CTL took a trip to the new Sky Zone in Lincoln Park.  It was an amazing time. We received a word from Deacon Jayvaughn, ate well, jumped for hours, and even recorded a video.  It was truly a day that we will remember.
Thank God for another annual Back to School Event.  We were blessed to hear from our very own 4E Brothers in concert. They did an amazing job. With the bouncy houses, food, snow cones taking the show, we were blessed to give away 400 book bags, 500 pairs of bomba socks, provide blood screenings by Beloved Community and witness some express an interest to register for Kennedy King College Classes. To top it all off, over 25 souls gave their life to Christ. Thank you to Joseph Rice for using his excellent gift of mc’ing the event.  A special thank you to all who served with the food, bouncy houses, socks, barber, salon, registration, audio and video, loading, setup and breakdown.  We could not have done this without your support.  Thank you also, to our high schoolers for being such a tremendous help.
All Praises to God for an amazing day at Lake Michigan on July 20th. We were blessed to witness 9 souls being baptized and filled with the Holy Spirit. It was truly an awesome move of God and all of heaven rejoiced. The entire church celebrated and enjoyed a fabulous picnic with lots of food and fun.

We give thanks to our Lord for an awesome Summer iHoop4Christ Tournament on the 29th of June 2025. All players did a wonderful job all glory to God.
Sunday, June 22, 2025, CTL celebrated all who graduated this year from kindergarten to college. Our speaker was Rev. Bershella Dekowperlandth from the Apostolic Church of God. We also honored those who made great strides in excellence.
CTL Super Kids gave us an amazing recap of what they learned and experienced during their 10-week Summer Session.

CTL worshiped and praised our God for one of His greatest creations — Mothers! A light meal was served, and each mother also received a small gift of appreciation.
On April 20, 2025  CTL celebrated the resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We received a powerful word and a mighty move of the Holy Spirit. Resurrection baskets were distributed to our youth.
On March 9, 2025, CTL hosted its 1st iHoop4Christ Basketball Awards Banquet. It was a beautiful occasion where many were honored for their participation, gifts, and talents.
On February 23rd, 2025 CTL hosted its Winter iHoop4Christ Basketball Tournaments for the Junior and High School Divisions.  In the Junior Division, the Blazers took 2nd place, and the Disciples took the championship.  In the High School Division, our guest Warriors won 2nd place, and our guest KOB took the championship. What a great success!
